There may be occasions when there are many complications to contend with. But the idea for this emergency situation, is that post-birth, (assuming that all goes as depicted) you are supposed to get to the hospital, and not simply head for home. Then again, you could be lucky, and the cabbie is a certified OBGYN doing taxi duties until a placement becomes available under Obama care, as is sometimes the case for the UK’s NHS, for those with a medical degree from India or Pakistan, for example.

Um yeah, can you say dead baby and momma? seriously, this is absolutely wrong. I want to know where she got her certification. Not cutting the cord? Not removing the afterbirth? = Momma bleading to death. Never did she mention what to do if the baby’s cord is around it’s neck or if it is breached. seriously. this is amatuer at best.

Not always, I attended a birth where the midwife had to reach up into the woman and remove the placenta because it wouldnt come out on its own. Most people that give birth don’t do much research (generically speaking) they depend on their doctor to tell them what to do. I just want to point out to those who don’t know the placenta needs to come out that it should be added to the video.
Other medical information such a cord prolapse and placenta previa these can B life threatening.

I don’t like how the first couple sentences were delivered with an upwards inflection, like she was asking questions.
